Iceylithe Bintong Wang was born in Jiangsu, China, within the 4.54-billion-year history of the Earth. She perceives and creates with a childlike sense of wonder.

As a multisensory artist and designer, her practice weaves together sculptural installation, craft design, ritual spaces, experimental performance, music and film, photography, painting, and writing. Her research unfolds across three interrelated scales: the cosmic, the biological, and material elements. By roaming across mountain ranges and ice fields, following the “mother tongue of the Earth” as it moves between birds, animals, and mineral vestiges, she approaches design as a medium for contemplating life-relations that blur the boundaries of time, region, and language. Through a creative imagination grounded in intuition and perception, she explores how vitality manifests in materials such as clay, water, metal, wood and stone, and in doing so investigates the flows and balances within elemental and material structures. She moves between aesthetics and nature, science and spirituality, engaging in reflection and practice that extend into geological environments, biological transformations, and forms of care for life.
She wishes to gesture lightly toward that depth, just as fleeting lives give form to eternity.
作为多感官艺术家与设计师，她的创作实践融合了雕塑装置、工艺设计、仪式空间、实验表演、音乐影像、摄影、绘画和写作。她的研究从宇宙、生物、物质元素三重尺度展开。通过游走于山脉和冰原，追随鸟兽和矿石遗存间的“地球母语”，她将设计作为思索朦胧时间、地域和语言边界的生命关系媒介。在强调直觉和感知的创造性想象中，探索生命性在陶土、水、金属与木石等材料间的显化，以此来探究元素和物质构架之中的流动与平衡。她在美学和自然、科学和灵性间游走，进行延伸至地质环境、生物变迁以及生命关怀的反思与实践。
