During its presentation at Dutch Design Week, Crystalline Layer|结晶层 received gratitude and affection from people from all over the world. I am deeply pleased that this work was able to offer people a sense of inner and spiritual relaxation, care, and inspiration, as well as an awareness and appreciation of the beauty within life and nature. These resonances that transcend national borders, much like natural ecosystems that stretch across continents, bring us comfort and a more inclusive perspective. This is precisely the concept of “mother tongue” that I have been exploring.
Birds circle through the space, creating a sense of fluidity and ultimately converging within the imagery. They stretch space and time from the immediate present into the interwoven, more distant dimensions within the video, and gently arriving by our side.

《Crystalline Layer|
